Services

I offer counseling to adults and adolescents struggling with adjustment, depression, anger, anxiety and relationship problems. I have a warm, calm, and accepting nature. My clients are provided with a safe, private and comfortable place to begin an inner journey toward healing and wellness.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I take elements of differing therapeutic techniques and tailor them to a client's specific needs. Together, my clients and I identify areas of concern, explore them one by one, and find balance.
